Where or where has the sum-mer gone...? I can't believe that school will be starting soon, and we have to get back to our real lives again. We sure have enjoyed our summer , but it's flown by much too fast. We've enjoyed all the company and good times that we have had.
We went and registered McKay for 7th grade and got his class schedule. He was a little nervous about his schedule. I just can't believe we have a 7th grader!! He has been working so hard all summer, with his scouts and his job weeding beans. He got his paycheck today, and I wish I could of got a picture of his face. What a cutie! Maddie will be in 4th grade, and Sydney will be in 1st. I can't believe the kids are growing up so fast. Abby is excited to go back to her little preschool class, twice a week. I don't know what I'll do with an empty house. Does everyone feel sad when their kids go back to school? I am sure that will fade when we get back to the craziness of life. I wish we could just have one more month, that's all I'm asking....

I will be really sad when Dude goes to school and the house is empty! Right now, I am excited for the girls to start school, they are showing signs of really needing that routine in their lives and they think school is way more fun than timeouts. Try to enjoy your days, catch up on reading, do some things for you, try gardeining! Yes, I am totally kidding!!! That would be a sign that you have really gone insane from the empty nest syndrome. Love you!
