Hey, I should post more than just our new baby.. the girls had hair appointments today, and even though it snowed lots, Ryan and I took all 5 kids to Cody. My cabin fever and Ryan actually having a real half day was just too tempting to get out of the house for once! Anyway, we got some of our free stuff from having the new years baby. It is so fun (and a little embarrassing) to walk into businesses and ask for the free stuff, but it's getting a little easier. Ryan and McKay went and got our years pass for the museum while the girls had their hair appointments. When we walked in, Abby shouts, "I love this store!" really loud. Maddie wanted to get 4 or so inches and bangs, and her eyebrows done (can you believe it?) and Sydney and Abby just a trim.. and the temporary color of course. Oh how the girls wished that was real!
Help, can't decide which pictures to pick for his birth announcements... Hannah took 104, and they were all cute. Darn it! Well, if you have a vote, I guess cast it, but I will just try to put a few up...
He keeps on growing!! 12 days old already! Hannah came over today and took some pictures of him for his birth announcements, so hopefully I will get those out to everyone soon!
We can't believe Maddie is 11 years old today. She is so nice to share her birthday week with the birth of her brother, but I think she had a nice family party. She sure got some nice gifts.. She got a pet hamster (a zhu zhu, of course not a real animal, are you crazy?) and has been loving that. That is probably the only pet we will ever have. She got a lot of nice presents. Thanks everyone for remembering her. We are so lucky to have her in our family. She is a sweet and caring daughter who has been a joy for 11 years!! We love you Maddie Moo Moo!!
Here's Jack with his first bath, (Abby didn't like it too much.. she was a little worried) and some pictures of him this week. We liked the smiling one! I also put the song (Beautiful Boy) that my mother-in-law likes to listen to when she thinks about her own 6 sons when they were babies.
